Christ, We Proclaim!
We are exhorted in the Bible to continue teaching the Word and grow in maturity. We believe that our mission in the Church Age is to make disciples! The God of the Bible is the creator of all things and has revealed Himself in the pages of this holy book. You are welcome to come and be a part of this exciting ministry that transforms people from the inside out.
Bible Fellowship Church is an independent, non-denominational, protestant Bible church. We are one of three loosely associated Bible churches on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. We are a dispensational, free grace, family-integrated, hymn-singing, pew-sitting, traditional church. If this appeals to you, join us!
Our church service is family-integrated, meaning the children are in the service with us. We have worksheets and busy bags to keep them focused on the message, and at the end of the service, the children turn in their sheets to Pastor Bob for a treat!
Bible Fellowship Church has been meeting since 1977. Our Senior Pastor, Dr. Donald Trest (he goes by Pastor Don), has received his bachelor’s from Southeastern Bible College, Birmingham, AL, his MBS from Tyndale Biblical Institute, Dallas, TX, and his Doctor of Ministry from Tyndale Theological Seminary, Dallas, TX.

JUST TO BE CLEAR:
No, I do not have plans to move to another state to pastor another church or leave Bible Fellowship Church to join another ministry elsewhere. BFC will always be the place for me… I am actually wondering what the next 30 years at BFC will look like…
Pastoring is not a career in the typical sense. It is not about money, or prestige, or any other benefit. It is not about success, greater influence, notoriety, or even family, but it is about the day-to-day faithfulness and fidelity to the Word of God and to the work of His ministry.
This doesn’t mean that I am unwilling to serve elsewhere. It does mean that the Lord has placed me at BFC until further notice. Eventually, I may need to step aside from my role as pastor of BFC once I get old and decrepit, and after the ‘next 30 years
I thought it necessary since I have been asked in recent days whether I plan to remain at BFC, that I should say something publically to my friends, family, and others. So, since I am not going anywhere, maybe YOU should join with ME and Inge on Sunday mornings at BFC? We invite you to learn and grow together with us in the Word and Ways of God!
BLESSINGS!
